ERIKA EHMSEN, Xentrans Customer Experience Officer (CXO), is a strategic operations and communications specialist who advises public transport and passenger rail agencies on making transitions, such as adopting open data standards for passenger facing information and modernizing fare systems to accept contactless payments. As part of the statewide California Integrated Travel Project (Cal-ITP), Erika is helping to lead the new Customer Success program, supporting California's transport providers on improving the customer experience.
