Messe Wien is centrally located, close to Vienna’s famous Prater Park and just around the corner from the campus of the new Vienna University of Economics and Business, the Sigmund Freud Private University and the modern, green “Viertel Zwei” business and residential area.
The Vienna International Airport is just 20 minutes away by taxi, and two underground stations are located a stone’s throw from the venue: Messe-Prater and Krieau.

The full two-day conference and exhibition pass costs €1,995 per person. This gives you access to all conference tracks, the exhibition floor and the networking app. However, you can save a significant amount by booking as a group. For more info and to book your tickets, visit our booking page.
Once you complete your booking, a confirmation email will be sent directly to your email address. All attendees must use the Terrapinn Events App or online version to obtain their QR code badge. This can be used for self-registration at the event. Alternatively, one of our staff organisers will confirm your registration and provide you with your badge.
Terrapinn Events App is our official event platform app. You will receive your login details once the app is live. Once you have received your details, you must download the app and login as you will need to present your QR code at registration for your badge. The app will also give you the opportunity to make connections and network with other attendees. As there will be no paper agendas at the event, you can view it on the app; build your own personalised agenda by marking the sessions you are interested in. Please note, you cannot attend the event or dial into any sessions virtually through the app. You will need to attend the event physically to participate in sessions.
