In this role, she works closely with carriers, shippers, and industry partners to help first- and last-mile providers stay informed, connected, and prepared to navigate an evolving logistics landscape. As the leading voice for customized logistics providers, the association represents a nationwide network of first- and last-mile carriers and industry partners. It provides critical resources, education, and connections that support operational excellence, regulatory awareness, and business growth, while advancing initiatives that strengthen the industry and foster collaboration across the supply chain. Lorena brings a grounded, real-world perspective to industry conversations, shaped by her experience as CEO of PearlTrans Logistics, a California-based company specializing in time-critical and high-touch transportation solutions across healthcare, life sciences, automotive, and other complex sectors.
