Katherine is a startup growth partner focused on operational strategies for consumer startups on their pathway to scale. She started her career in strategy roles at A.T. Kearney and SAP advised Fortune 500 companies on their go-to-market strategies and investment in new technologies before diving into day-to-day operations at high-growth consumer brands such as Warby Parker, Peloton, and Maiden Home. Her time leading teams across procurement and sourcing, manufacturing, distribution and logistics, white glove fulfillment, returns management, and repairs and warranty has made her an agile supply chain general athlete. The largest gap she saw between startups and Fortune 500s was how smartly they invested in infrastructure, processes, and people during the scaling phase while still balancing business as usual. Katherine holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification and a B.Sc in Economics from the Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania. She lives in New York and spends her free time volunteering at a homeless shelter in her community and running fulfillment for a non-profit cookbook for Send Chinatown Love.
