Emily Phillips is the Principal & Founder of E.MISSION Advisory, a consulting firm focused on sustainability in the transportation sector. She acts as a fractional resource developing decarbonization strategy and sustainable transportation solutions for third party logistics providers. Emily’s background in logistics and supply chain spans over two decades of leadership with industry-leading retail and logistics companies including XPO, The Home Depot and UPS. At XPO she pioneered the Sustainability Committee while leading solutions engineering and implementation for the Last Mile business unit.    Emily is a passionate advocate for sustainable solutions in transportation. She is the Immediate Past President of the National Home Delivery Association (NHDA) and is the co-chair of their Sustainability Council.  She is also a member of the Transportation Marketing & Sales Association (TMSA), part of the Freight Advisory Task Force for the Atlanta Regional Commission.
