Craig Bailey is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in logistics and operations leadership. During this time he has become known for the ability to create and grow both start-up small businesses and develop new business lines within fortune 50 companies. Currently serving as the Director of Logistics & Operations at Cardinal Health Velocare, Craig has helped grow a niche final mile solution for delivering medical products, medical equipment, and technology to enable home healthcare, to patients' homes. Velocare began in 2022 and has now scaled coast to coast, doubling in volume annually. Additional Highlights include: - Leading First Mile and Middle Mile Pharmaceutical transportation for Cardinal Health - Evolving an internal backhaul program for Cardinal Health that grew to $12+million profit annually - Helped Target navigate transitioning to their own Food Distribution Centers and manage their own middle mile Food Transportation network. - Multi-retail store leadership  - Creating and leading a brewery that expanded into a taproom seating 160, full kitchen, self-distribution to over 200 bars/restaurants, and running a concession stand at a professional lacrosse stadium.
