Caroline Troit is a highly accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and supply chain management. She has a proven track record of driving efficiency, cost savings, and operational excellence in the beauty industry. Caroline has held various leadership roles at L'Oréal, where she has successfully managed large-scale operations and supply chain functions for multiple divisions and brands. In her current role as SVP of Operations for SalonCentric, Caroline is responsible for overseeing the operations of the $1.5 billion in sales Professional Products division retailer. Prior to this, she served as SVP of Operations for L'Oréal’s Luxe division, where she managed the end-to-end operations for all North American brands, including Kiehl's, Urban Decay, IT Cosmetics, Ralph Lauren, and Youth to the People. Caroline's achievements in this role include fast integration and internalization plans, expansion projects, successful launch of Amazon FBA model, and securing sales with the right suppliers. Caroline's expertise in supply chain management extends beyond North America. She has also held leadership positions in L'Oréal's London and Paris offices, where she successfully integrated new brands, increased distribution center capacity, and implemented cost-saving strategies. Her ability to drive collaboration, upskill teams, and lead through challenging times has been instrumental in maintaining business continuity and achieving sustainability goals. Caroline holds a master’s degree in Material Engineering from Nancy Ecole des Mines and a Master of Mathematics from the University of Nancy.
