Andrew Balthrop serves as assistant professor in UT’s Haslam College of Business and its Baker School of Public Policy and Public Affairs. He specializes in transportation economics and supply chain management with a focus on policy evaluation. Balthrop has published in the Journal of Operations Management, Journal of Business Logistics, Empirical Economics and Resource and Energy Economics. He received his Ph.D. in economics from Georgia State University.
