Dockware autonomously captures and validates load data across your dock, reducing dock labor while driving down costly errors and claims. Our "Dockware Vision" systems will pan, tilt, and zoom to find and read all labels; passively dimension each load; photograph and scan all loads for visible damage; and in some cases validate counts (Demo here). We physically track each shipment across the dock and larger network, wrapping all images and data captured into an indexable audit trail that integrates directly with your TMS / WMS. This captured data also opens the possibility of deploying additional AI models and optimizations for safety, compliance, productivity, maintenance, load planning, etc... without additional hardware. We also deploy via a standalone app -- or embedded in certain TMS apps -- so that shippers and/or carrier drivers can deploy Dockware's capabilities with a human in the loop (Demo here).
