8’H black back drape, 3’H black side drape and a nameboard. Furniture and graphics should be ordered through Freeman. Electrics, lighting, hard-wired internet, and catering should be ordered through the Pennsylvania Convention Center.

For exhibitors who have a confirmed booth number, this will be available via the Terrapinn Exhibitor Portal and the Freeman Online Portal approximately 4 months before the show.

All shipments have to go to the advanced receiving warehouse. The warehouse will accept materials beginning September 28 th . To avoid late fees, arrange for your items to be delivered to the warehouse by 11:59 PM EST on October 20 th . Please contact our preferred logistics partner SITE Event Logistics to arrange this. This can be done via the Terrapinn exhibitor manual which will be released approximately 4 months before the show.

Look at arranging coffee machines, drinks receptions and competitions to drive traffic to your booth. Include various forms of engaging marketing such as merchandise (pens, mugs, laptop cases) or mini-games.

Yes, basic wifi will be provided throughout the event suitable for browsing and emails. For any specific demonstrations on your booth, a dedicated line should be arranged via the Pennsylvania Convention Center’s Exhibitor Services department.
