A quick and easy way to let everyone know you’re exhibiting / speaking at the congress is to add the banner below to your email signature and get your team to do the same. We can also send you one with your logo on it.

Announce you’re exhibiting / speaking at the event on social media using #FLABS or #FutureLabsLive , or mentioning our page:

3. Add the event logo to your marketing

If you create your own invites, emails, or adverts, don't forget to use the Future Labs Live USA logo. High-resolution event logos are available in the media kit.

4. Use our Snoball Campaign

Don’t forget to interact with our partners at Snoball!

Snoball is an engaging marketing platform designed to help you announce your presence at Future Labs Live USA and share your involvement across a range of online channels, all you need to do is click “Share”!

Keep an eye out for the emails you receive from Snoball, like the example pictured below. They’re not spam! They’re there to help you spread the word and get more people engaged with your participation.

The top 3 individuals who generate the most referrals through Snoball will win a cash prize!

5. Create a promotional video

We'd love to invite you to do a short 20-30 second promotional video about your participation at Future Labs Live USA 2026.

Please feel free to use your own style. If you'd like to use a script, here's one that you can adapt:

"Hi, I am <NAME> from <COMPANY>. We will be exhibiting at Future Labs Live USA 2026, America's most diverse, stimulating, and exciting event for the future of all labs happening this October. We will be <what you are doing/speaking/displaying on the stand – services, products, and solutions>. I look forward to seeing you there!"

Filming Guidelines:

• Use a plain/basic background to avoid distractions.
• Ensure lighting is on the person, not facing the camera (white lighting is better than yellow).
• Try to stay in the centre of the camera frame.
• Look directly at the camera when speaking.
