Sofie Westerhoff studied biotechnology and wrote her thesis at Dräger on antibody-based drug tests. Her current research at the Dübel Lab at the University of Braunschweig focuses on the development of antibodies with affinities that can be adjusted in the patient for precise, time-controlled medical applications
