Rui Vasco Luzeiro brings over 12 years of experience in the global pharmaceutical industry across Business Development, In/Out-Licensing, Market Intelligence, and Commercial Strategy.   As SteinCares’ Associate Director of Business Development, Rui drives strategic licensing initiatives and business expansion across biosimilars, complex generics, CMO/CDMO services, and specialty care.
