Lan Nguyen is a corporate strategy and business development executive with more than 20 years of experience driving growth, partnerships, and investment initiatives across the technology, healthcare, and life sciences sectors. She has extensive experience developing corporate strategy, executing M&A and licensing transactions, forming strategic alliances and joint ventures, and commercializing innovative technologies that create long-term enterprise value.
As Chief Business and Strategy Officer at OcyonBio, Lan leads the company's corporate strategy and growth initiatives. Previously, she served as Head of Corporate Development & Investment for the U.S. and Europe at WuXi Biologics, where she was a member of the global leadership team leading M&A, strategic partnerships, venture investments, IP licensing, and new venture creation. Earlier in her career, she held strategy, business development, and venture investing roles at Eli Lilly, Agilent Technologies, Omnicell, and Booz Allen Hamilton.
