Camille Segarra, PhD, MBA, is Head of Intelligence & PMO for Integrated Biologics R&D at Lonza. With over 16 years of experience across biotech, pharma, and CDMOs, he operates at the intersection of science, technology, and business strategy. His work focuses on accelerating innovation through data science, advanced analytics, AI, and emerging bioprocessing technologies to enable more predictive approaches to biologics development and manufacturing. Prior to Lonza, Camille held positions at CSL Vifor, McKinsey & Company, Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, and Pall Life Sciences.
