Prof. Dr. Dr. Andreas Beilhack Head of Experimental Stem Cell Transplantation, Würzburg University Hospital Co-Founder, TrimmunoTec GmbH About Prof. Dr. Dr. Andreas Beilhack is an expert in cellular immunology, immune cell trafficking and translational cancer, inflammation and infection models. Following his clinical and research training at the University of Vienna and Stanford University, he established his research group at Würzburg University Hospital. His academic lab focuses on immune regulation in cancer, graft-versus-host disease (GvHD), and infectious diseases using advanced human 3D tissue and animal models, multiphoton, and light-sheet microscopy platforms.   To translate these preclinical insights into clinical applications, Prof. Beilhack co-founded TrimmunoTec GmbH, where he leads the development of target-driven biologicals—including novel conditional agonists for the TNF receptor superfamily (TNFRSF)—to treat inflammatory diseases and cancer.   Key Focus Areas & Offerings TrimmunoTec Pipeline: Development of Next-Gen TNFRSF-targeted therapies (TNFR1, TNFR2, CD40, conditional agonists) engineered for FcγR-independent and site-restricted activity.   Translational Platforms: Preclinical models for human bone marrow niches (3D spheroids) and murine allogeneic stem cell transplantation/GvHD, cancer and infection, and high-resolution in vivo optical clearing and light-sheet imaging.   Partnering Goals: Seeking clinical development, investment, and strategic biopharma partnerships to advance TrimmunoTec’s lead immunomodulatory assets into first-in-human trials.
