Giles is the General Counsel and Chief Development Officer at nexfibre. He leads on legal and regulatory policy as well as corporate development and corporate strategy.
Previously Giles worked at Liberty Global where he was a member of the team responsible for more than £75 billion of telecoms consolidation across Europe, including the £31 billion combination of Virgin Media and O2.
Giles has had a varied career in legal and business roles, including a number of years at leading international law firms Allen & Overy and Freshfields as well as a stint running a boatyard in Suffolk.
