Sara Raza is an attorney and a clinical fellow at the Center for Health Law and Policy Innovation of Harvard Law School, where she works on health care regulatory compliance; advances policy reforms; and provides trainings on information sharing and data privacy. Sara leads the Center's Broadband Access in Health Care portfolio, providing clients technical assistance on a variety of legal and policy issues concerning adoption, sustainability, and scalability of broadband infrastructure. Sara has been awarded the Marjorie and Charles Benton Opportunity Fund Fellowship by the Benton Institute for Broadband & Society to pursue her work at the intersection of broadband and health care. She earned her LL.M. (Master of Laws) from Harvard Law School, focusing on digital health and privacy. During her LL.M., she worked as a research assistant in the Digital Home Health Project at the Petrie-Flom Center for Health Law Policy, Bioethics, and Biotechnology and published a Delphi Study on the legal and ethical considerations of using digital diagnostics at home. Sara is passionate about all things health and tech law policy, but in particular how technology can improve health outcomes.
