So who qualifies?
Public Officials
Anyone working for a federal, state, local, county or tribal government entity in the US
Wholesale Network Operator
Wholesale operates and owners of fixed or mobile network infrastructure
Multifamily
If you work for a multifamily property owner, developer, or manageent company (National, Tier 2 or Tier 3)
Student Housing
if you work for a company who owns, manages, or develops student housing
Utilities
Supplier of water, energy, power, gas, EV or renewables
Healthcare
Anyone who works for a hospital or healthcare provider and manages the facility's connectivity requirements
Academia and Education
If you are currently working or studying in the US higher education system
Internet Service Provider (Tier 1, 2 and 3)
If you work for a company offering broadband or internet services direct to consumers
Electric Coops
If you work for an electric cooperative who provides fiber or broadband services to residents
Assisted Living Facilities
If you work for a company who owns, manages, or develops assisted living facilties
Data Centers
Owners and managers of data centers or colocation service providers. Not solution provides or companies offering construction services or equipment for data centers
Transport
Transport Infrastructure Owners (including road, rail, maritime or aviation) or companies offering passenger services
Non-Profits
If you work for a charitable or non-profit organization
Students, Graduates and Apprentices
Current students, recent graduates (graduated after July 2023), and apprentices enrolled on a recognized industry program

All free passes are subject to approval by the Broadband Communities Summit team and we reserve the right to determine whether you meet the criteria for a free pass.
Exclusions:
* Anyone working in a sales, account management, or business development role within an ISP that specifically sells connectivity services into the multifamily sector is not eligble for a free pass and must register under a cmmercial vendor pass.
* Companies whose primary business model is providing Managed Wi-Fi, turnkey Wi-Fi integration, or managed PropTech services or any company who sells products/services directly to property owners and developers.
