Amanda Borrett is the Vice President of Business Development at Vivacity Infrastructure Group, bringing over 18 years of experience in broadband infrastructure, sales, and strategic partnerships across public and private sectors. Her expertise spans middle-mile and fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) deployments, with a strong focus on building collaborative solutions that connect municipalities and counties with private sector Internet Service Providers (ISPs). Amanda plays a pivotal role in developing public-private partnerships that not only expand broadband access to unserved and underserved communities but also serve as a catalyst for local economic growth. By aligning public needs with private investment, she helps communities unlock economic, educational, and workforce benefits that accompany robust, future-ready connectivity. Her ability to navigate the complexities of  public policy and private enterprise positions her as a valuable resource in broadband-driven economic development. In the private sector, Amanda has led major broadband initiatives and driven growth at some of the industry’s most respected companies. At eX² Technology, she served as Strategic Sales Manager, guiding public and private organizations in the planning and deployment of broadband infrastructure. Prior to that, she worked at CommScope, managing a $100M+ portfolio and supporting the broadband expansion efforts of several national distributors. Throughout her career, Amanda has remained committed to advancing digital equity, connectivity, and innovation. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Marketing Communications from St. Ambrose University and brings a cross-sector perspective that drives real, measurable outcomes for the communities and clients she serves.
