Suzanne Heritage is Director of Community Partnerships & Policy at Underline. With a passion for bridging the digital divide, Suzanne works at the intersection of technology, public policy, and community development to champion connectivity infrastructure that empowers communities to flourish. Prior to joining Underline, Suzanne led business development and go-to-market strategy at Findhelp, a social care technology startup. There, she played a pivotal role in expanding partnerships with key industry stakeholders and state governments, translating federal and state policy into actionable business and product strategies. She worked closely with prospective clients to identify opportunities, address needs, and build lasting, trust-based relationships. Beyond her professional work, Suzanne serves as Vice President of Communications for the Health Information Management Systems Society (HIMSS) Central Texas Chapter and as a Commissioner for the City of Austin’s Community Technology and Telecommunications Commission, advocating for inclusive technology access and digital equity.
