As co-lead of Roche Pharma Development’s Agentic AI roadmap and Center of Excellence, I drive the strategic deployment of Agentic AI across clinical development workflows, enabling human oversight while unlocking efficiency gains and faster cycle times for transformative medicines. With 16+ years in Biotech and expertise in digital transformation, data & analytics, and multicultural team leadership across three continents, I am passionate about AI’s potential to eliminate patient risk and drive R&D breakthroughs.
