André is the CTO of ALLOX, a Barcelona biotech mapping protein function at scale to make drug discovery smarter. As an engineer turned computational biologist, he became fascinated by deep mutational scanning, which lets you measure the functional effects of thousands of mutations in a single experiment. At ALLOX, he leads the expansion of the hotspot mapping platform that generates the functional data needed to close the gap limiting AI-driven drug discovery today. The team is currently fundraising and open to partnership conversations.
