We’re delighted to announce that the 2020 edition of the BioData World Congress is going digital.

Enter your registered email 
Create own password
Wait 15-20mins - the magic link will be sent to your inbox

Because attendance is now possible from anywhere in the world. We’re still working with our partners, and with the digital pricing options we’re promoting the event to more delegates and expect more registrations. 

 

The price I paid to register for the physical event is different to registration for the digital event, what should I do?

We’re giving people a voucher to bring their colleagues for the price difference of what they paid to attend. Contact tayyab.abbasi@terrapinn.com for more information

 

Do I need to re-register?

You do not need to re-register, your registration remains valid.

 

What if I can’t attend the Virtual Meeting live? Will sessions be recorded?

Yes, all sessions presented virtually will be recorded and made available post-meeting.

Through the virtual platform as a delegate you will have easier access to more sessions than ever before through the video replay function for each session.

We do our best to share as many presentations as we are allowed to of course dependant on approval of the speakers. So if you can't make the dates you can still get all the content.

 

Can I transfer my registration to a colleague?

Yes, if you can’t attend the virtual meeting, you may transfer your registration to a colleague.

 

Will attendees and exhibitors be refunded for airline tickets and hotel costs?

Registrants are responsible for cancelling their own airline and hotel reservations. Terrapinn is not responsible for any airfare or other costs incurred by registrants.

 

When will the virtual sessions take place?

The sessions will be taking place from approx. 8am – 6pm GMT from the 9th November through to the 12th November, 2020.
