With over three decades of experience in airline operations and nearly 20 years in leadership, I bring a deep, strategic understanding of how to keep an airline running safely, efficiently, and resiliently—no matter the challenge.  As Director of Operations Control at Aer Lingus, I lead the integrated command center responsible for real-time decision-making across the daily operation. My career has spanned different layers of operations—from flight planning, crew control and customer recovery to OCC leadership—giving me a 360° view of what it takes to deliver operational excellence. I specialize in:
