Ruth Spratt is VP and UK Country Manager at Affirm, the payment network that empowers consumers  and helps merchants drive growth. In this role, she is propelling Affirm’s leadership in the BNPL sector and its continued expansion across the globe.

With over 25 years of experience in commercial leadership, Ruth’s career is characterised by a focus on growth and transformation in highly competitive industries. Before Affirm, she established the BNPL platform Zip’s presence in the UK. She’s also held senior roles at Guardian Media Group, helping oversee the company’s digital transformation, and at easyJet, where she led the company’s growth across Europe. She has gained a deep understanding not only of the payments and credits ecosystem, but also of the intersection of technology, consumer behaviour and business strategy.
