Nicolas is responsible for the Business Intelligence department at Eurowings Digital (a daughter company in the Eurowings / Lufthansa Group). His team is responsible for enabling the Eurowings Group to leverage data, to increase data driven decsions and use advanced data techniques/model to generate efficiencies and increase profitability across Commercial, Customer and Digital areas. His team also looks after the coordination and enalbling of Commercial Steering for the Eurowings Group. Nicolas has worked across a variety of airlines and airports including Emirates, Qatar Airways, Virgin Australia and Melbourne Airport in commercial roles.
