Mahesbin is currently the Head of Alliances & Partnerships at TAP Air Portugal  and oversees all Interline, Codeshare, Proration, Staff Travel Agreements and Alliance matters. With nearly 28 years aviation industry experience, including Revenue Management focused on online & offline Interline/Codeshare Pricing and Partnerships Inventory class alignment management. The path taken in its aviation career has been crucial to leverage partnerships potential in order to maximize their contribution to the airline's revenue and network coverage. Constantly exploring new business opportunities, Mahesbin managed to successfully implement in 2021 Rail&Fly Intermodal agreements to several European markets. One of the 6 airlines commercial representatives on the IATA Interline Prorate Advisory Committee (IPAC) since 2023 and TAP’s accredited representative to the IATA Passenger Services Conference (PSC) since 2024. Based on her professional experience, Mahesbin developed her skills as an official trainer on Pricing, Proration & Partnerships matters. Mahesbin has a Degree in Tourism Business Management and Leadership Training from Católica Lisbon School of Business & Economics
