Jeyhun Efendi
Divisional SVP, Commercial Operations & E-commerce Jeyhun Efendi brings over three decades of experience in the airline industry. He joined flydubai in 2008 during its startup phase and played a pivotal role in shaping the airline’s commercial and distribution strategy. Currently, he leads Commercial, Sales & Service Operations across more than 50 markets spanning Europe, the Middle East, and the CIS, driving growth and market entry strategies. He also oversees the company’s Customer Experience and E-commerce strategy, spearheading its global digital transformation and generating over USD 1 billion in annual revenues through digital channels. Before joining flydubai, Mr. Efendi spent 13 years at Emirates Airline in various senior commercial positions, including Regional Manager roles in Russia & CIS as well as Thailand & Indochina. A native of Baku, Azerbaijan, Mr. Efendi holds an MBA from Bradford University (UK) and a Digital Transformation Diploma from MIT (US).
