Giuseppe Belvisi is currently Head of CRM & Loyalty at Trenitalia, within the Marketing and Revenue Management Division. In this role, which he has held for about three years, he is responsible for defining and implementing strategies to strengthen customer engagement and loyalty. His work includes the development of intermodal travel solutions integrating train and air transport, as well as the negotiation of customer-focused partnerships across the travel industry.
Before joining Trenitalia, Guiseppe gained extensive experience in the airline industry, starting his career at Alitalia, where he focused on Pricing and Revenue Management. Over Time, he took on increasing responsibilities in the areas of loyalty, CRM and customer value management, developing a comprehensive understanding of customer-centric strategies in the travel sector.
