The exhibition is open on both days of the festival! Both the conference and the exhibition are open across 3 - 4 June.

Your ticket includes access to our conference halls, exhibition floor, drinks reception, and the Aviation Festival App.

Our dedicated networking app is available for all Aviation Festival Americas attendees. The app makes it easy to view the conference agenda, access event content, and connect with the right people in advance. You can also access your Badge via the app, which grants you access to the festival.

Access to the app opens 2-3 weeks before the event begins.

Once you’ve registered for the event, you’ll receive your ticket directly to your inbox. Your ticket can also be accessed via the Aviation Festival App.

Upon arrival at the venue, simply show the QR code from either your emailed ticket or from the “My Badge” section within the app at the registration desk. We will print out your badge for you.

The Miami Beach Convention Center is located in the heart of Miami Beach, easily accessible by a range of transport options:

By car or taxi, the venue is around 20 minutes from Miami International Airport, depending on traffic. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are widely available and offer convenient drop-off directly at the venue.

Public transport options include several bus routes operated by Miami-Dade Transit, with stops along Convention Center Drive and nearby Washington Avenue, just a short walk from the venue. The free Miami Beach Trolley also serves the area, with a stop close to the convention center.

We are unable to act as a visa sponsor. We can, however, provide registered attendees with a Visa Support Letter to assist with their application. This letter does not guarantee visa issuance, which remains at the discretion of the US Embassy or Consulate in your country.
