Sureshnee is currently responsible for learning and development at Sterkinkeor Theatres where her key focus is to build a learning organisation. One of the major projects she is currently working on is moving all Sterkinekor training to digital (eLearning platform). Her previous roles have enabled her to implement processes for implementation of a Learning Management System and manage the Instructional designers to create more interactive eLearning content. At Sterkinekor she uses using best practice and experience from learning environments to mould the future of Learning at SKT.
