I’ve been in the L&D space for 7 years, fell in love with learning when completing my Honours degree in Group Dynamics.  I’ve garnered extensive experience in Talent Management and Learning during my time at Edcon, Discovery and now at WesBank.  But  what I pride myself in most is the ability to steer my ship in a direction that challenges traditional thinking.  This has resulted in me building an App at Discovery while in capacity of Head: Learning as a Service (LaaS) for learning that provided learners with a platform to find content in an extremely user friendly methodology.  Being at WesBank, I’m in the process of answering the question: “How do we create an environment where I do not need to stop the process of work in order to learn and access learning?” This includes leveraging smart technology (mobile app) and design thinking.
