Charmaine Kobrowisky is a dynamic, resilient and results-orientated HR professional with over 15 years of well-rounded experience in human resources, project management, talent acquisition and leadership development. She is currently the Human Resources Executive for Transaction Capital Recoveries, a division of Transaction Capital Risk Services. She is responsible for the entire employee life-cycle strategy including the design, management and execution thereof. Charmaine is passionate about coaching and mentorship as a leadership philosophy to enhance personal effectiveness. This resulted in Charmaine completing her Business Coaching qualification and Thinking Partnership Facilitation course. She has a genuine passion for people and believes that every person has talent. Her main objective is to unlock this talent in order to encourage personal success in individuals.
