Boitumelo Marumo | National Director for Human Resources

Boitumelo is the National Director for Talent Management and Organisational Development at AIESEC in South Africa. 
Her work includes recruitment and selection, learning and development and tracking and evaluation of people between 18 and 30 years old. 
She has been involved in a number of youth related issues in various organisations including UNFPA Botswana as interim committee member of African Youth and Adolescent Network. 

Boitumelo’s speaking experience includes being a facilitator at the National Leadership Seminar 2017 by AIESEC in South and speaker at the International Conference on Cross Cultural Nuances 2014 at India.
