Andi joined the Sony Music Entertainment team in November 2016 as a strategic HR Partner to the executive team. She has extensive hands-on experience leading HR initiatives including policy design, compensation, performance management, recruiting, compliance reporting, HRIS implementations, HR workflow development, training and development, and benefits administration. Andi has experience in various industries including professional services, technology, corporate investment banking and insurance.

Prior to joining the Sony team, Andi supported fast growth companies by linking people strategies to business strategies. Andi’s most recent positions have been Head of Operations for Simanye Group, a cluster of entities dedicated to helping businesses, communities and the public sector find effective and sustainable solutions for transformation and economic development in SA, Africa and beyond. Prior to this Andi headed up the talent acquisition for a tech start up, Webfluential where she designed and created talent management programs that included career pathing and succession planning as well as being a leadership coach to the senior managers. Prior to this Andi spend several years at Barclays Capital in the talent management space as a people change manager and spearheading the first Barclays Capital Africa Academy. 
Andi holds a PR and Journalism diploma from Varsity College and Port Elizabeth Technikon respectively. She’s currently completing her Business Administration Degree through Regenesys Business School.
