Julio Rodriguez, Head of Group Commercial Strategy and Planning, IAG

Since November 2017, Julio Rodriguez has held the role of Head of Group Commercial Strategy and Planning at IAG, parent company to British Airways, Iberia, Vueling, Aer Lingus and Level. Prior to assuming this position, Julio was Chief Commercial Officer at both airberlin and Vueling Airlines and Managing Director at NIKI. His professional experience includes more than 15 years in C-level and top management positions in aviation, built on a foundation of strategic capabilities developed during his time at BCG.
Julio holds a PhD in Physics from Cologne University, Germany, and a MBA from IESE Business School, Spain. He is also proud father of 12-year old twins.
