Jon leads Stripe’s Marketing efforts across Asia-Pacific and helps businesses of every size - from startups to Fortune 500 companies - use Stripe’s software to easily manage payments and grow their businesses online. Prior to Stripe, he spent nearly a decade at Google, leading regional Marketing for several B2C products including Android, Google Play, Google Chrome, and Google Pay. In addition, Jon has worked closely with SMBs across Asia-Pacific, helping them get online and accelerate their e-commerce revenues. As a Member of the XA Network of technology leaders, he invests in and advises early-stage Southeast Asian startups and believes in the vast potential of the region's startup ecosystem.
Born in Singapore, spending her teens and 20s in Australia and now based in LA, Kim Teo was appointed Mr Yum CEO in 2018. Mr Yum is a web-based QR code ordering, payments and growth platform that has revolutionised the way people order food and drinks at hospitality and entertainment venues and now has more than 11 million global users.
A passionate advocate for women taking leadership roles in technology and business, bringing big ideas to life and creating a dynamic company culture is the energy that drives Kim and turns work into play.
When not working on Mr Yum, you’ll find Kim watching Australian Rules Football, at the gym or visiting the latest Mr Yum hotspot.
Adam co-founded Luxury Escapes in 2010 with Jeremy Same and was CEO until 2019, and enthusiastically returned to the role in 2020 after a short break. Adam was originally a corporate lawyer specialising in mergers & acquisitions at Herbert Smith Freehills before creating and leading several accommodation businesses.
Adam is a mentor to young entrepreneurs through the Startmate and Antler programmes and the host of the popular, From Zero Podcast. Adam has been a director of the Myeloma Foundation of Australia since 2010, is on the investment committee at the Save the Children Investment Fund and is a director of Private Media (published of Smart Company and Crikey).
