Nathan Bell, Chief Digital Officer, M1 Limited

Nathan Bell leads the Product Management and IT departments, and he is also responsible for the broader Digital Transformation at M1, to ensure best in class customer experiences, empowering our people to deliver customer-centred value and ease of co-creation for our business and technology partners across Singapore and beyond. Nathan has more than 20 years of experience in the telecommunication industry, including various senior leadership and sales positions in Asia Pacific and Europe, with companies including AT&T, KPNQwest, BT, TelkomTelstra and Telstra. In his most recent role with Telstra, he led the B2B Digital Transformation in Telstra, transforming the business to being more digital centric in the way it serves its customers and partners across businesses and enterprises, as well as supporting its internal stakeholder of 10,000 Telstra employees on an end-to-end customer journey. He has gained international recognition for his expertise in developing new capabilities and revenue streams across Asia Pacific and Europe.
