Melvin serves as 8x8’s Product Manager, where he brings 5 years of product experience in the tech space. Melvin is the product owner of internal tools and spearheads the Communications Platforms as a Service (CPaaS) product experience efforts at 8x8, driving the push for growth of  CPaaS in the enterprise sales market. Prior to 8x8, Melvin worked at Grab and Zendesk, and is passionate about community outreach efforts, volunteering as an educator at Singapore Cancer Society in his free time.
