Wanita Zoghby-Fourie, Learning Consultant, Nexperk

Wanita has extensive learning and development background in the service industry with a holistic experience in design, development and delivery in the systems, soft skills, and processes. 

She pioneered the Call Center Qualifications in South Africa and is recognised by the Marketing Qualifications Authority for her work. Wanita led the Kaizen Capability strategy and implementation for BNZ and consulted with Great Western Bank in the USA to implement Kaizen capability and learning. 

Wanita has worked with the government body and businesses on Great Barrier Island to get them working with technology to take their businesses online to new levels of success.

In her speaking capacity, she has shared the stage with Speakers from Facebook, LinkedIn, Yahoo and Google. She has also presented at Govt Conferences in Australia and New Zealand.

Wanita served on the executive board of the National Speakers Association New Zealand for 3 years. She was a judge for both the Social Media Awards and the Network NZ Business Awards.

She has been presented on National Television and in magazines.

She supports her favourite charities, Project Jonah, Barnardos and Sustainable Cambodia.
