Vanessa served as the Australian Training & Development Institute Divisional Council President and is a Multi-Award Winning Learning Professional in Australia and the Asia Pacific. This year, a finalist in the Empowered Woman Leadership Awards with the Leadership Institute.

She began her professional career in Human Resources in 2003, transitioning into a Learning and Development Manager, working with large global organisations with +100,000 employees, and gaining recognition for her designed learning programs.

Her qualifications include Bachelor of Business, Human Resources Development, Facilitation Accreditation in Situational Leadership II with Blanchard International Australia, Certificate IV Training and Assessment, Australian Short Film Director, and several eLearning Instructional Design courses.

Vanessa's personal story has built humility and resilience in her professional behaviour, always offering positive energy, authenticity and dedication, the key to her success.

The ‘learning brand’ is becoming increasingly more important to improve engagement whilst improving the learning experiences. Think about the emotions or values that a brand provides; how do we use marketing techniques for our learning brand to create the desired learning culture and that emotional connection to learning within the organisation. We will look how simply steps on how to build a Learning Brand fit for organisational purpose.
