Solutions for whole-school wellbeing

Wellbeing is always a key concern in schools. The wellness of leaders, staff and students are inextricably linked and constantly interacting, so when pressure hits one area, it affects all of them. It’s no surprise, then, that the events of the past two years – which have placed schools under greater pressure than in living memory – have taken a toll. Our Wellbeing Report, substantiates this. Although Australian teachers continue to be confident, motivated and retain strong relationships with their students, they are struggling with spiralling workloads, and feeling that their voices are not heard. In our session/fireside chat (?) we will discuss the findings of our wellbeing report and share practical examples of what schools are doing to improve wellbeing. We'll also share innovative ways technology can support your teachers – by reducing their workloads, enabling flexible working, and empowering staff.
