Mr Hee Joh Liang joined Sing-Ed as the CTO and SVP in April 2021.

He was the Senior Director of the National Computer Board in charge of all 11 clusters, including the Education Cluster. He was the IT master planner that implemented the ambitious $2 billion Ministry of Education's 1st Masterplan for IT in Education. He was also the Deputy Principal (Development) of Singapore Polytechnic for 11 years, where he led SkillsFuture Industry 4.0 Industry Transformation for SP. He co-chaired the Polytechnic-ITE EdTech Committee and led in the development of PolyMall and AI in Education national projects.
