Michelle McArthur is a dedicated professional with a passion for fostering innovation, driving performance, and promoting excellence in the veterinary community. As a Professor in the School of Animal and Veterinary Science and Deputy Dean (People and Culture) in the Faculty of Science, Engineering, and Technology at The University of Adelaide, she brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role.

Michelle, a registered clinical psychologist, is committed to creating a supportive and inclusive environment where individuals can thrive and reach their full potential. 
Michelle is an Australian award-winning dynamic and engaging speaker who is known for her insightful perspectives on team and client communication, leadership, teamwork, and wellbeing. 

At The VET Expo 2025, Michelle will be sharing her insights on how to enhance personal and team performance and achieve excellence in the veterinary industry through effective debriefing in the veterinary clinic setting.
