Ms. Đặng Thị Luận is the Vice Director in charge of the Ho Chi Minh City Center for Advanced Application of Science and Technology (Saigon Innovation Hub - SIHUB), a government-backed agency dedicated to fostering the startup and innovation ecosystem in Ho Chi Minh City and Vietnam. With a focus on providing services related to innovative entrepreneurship, technology transfer, research and development support, and the commercialization of scientific research outcomes, SIHUB under Ms. Luận's leadership strives to establish a competitive edge for the city in the regional and international landscape of innovative entrepreneurship.

Prior to her role as Vice Director in charge, Ms. Luận served as the Head of Innovation Department at SIHUB. Her earlier experience includes a leadership position as the Head of Communication and Training Department at the Energy Conservation Center of Ho Chi Minh City. With a background in fostering innovation and communication, Ms. Luận brings a wealth of expertise to her role, contributing significantly to the advancement of the startup and innovation ecosystem in HCMC and Vietnam.
