Mr. Đoàn Quyết Thắng is Deputy Director of the Energy Board at NSN Construction & Engineering JSC, with over 18 years of experience in electrical engineering, project management, and energy systems for industrial and commercial projects.

He specializes in renewable energy, with more than 8 years of hands-on experience in rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV systems as well as wind power projects. His expertise spans system design, feasibility studies, cost estimation, and project execution.

Prior to joining NSN, he served as Renewable Energy Manager at DK Engineering, where he led the development and design of solar and wind projects, including a 48MW wind farm in Vietnam. Earlier, at M+W Group, he worked as Lead Electrical Engineer on large-scale industrial and infrastructure projects, including EPCM and PMC roles, and was involved in solar feasibility studies and LEED-certified developments.

Mr. Thắng holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Hanoi University of Science and Technology.
