Mr. Trần Quốc Tâm is Vice Chairman of Ho Chi Minh Renewable Energy Association (HCMREA).

Through his role at HCMREA, Mr. Tâm has been actively involved in promoting the development and application of clean energy solutions in Vietnam. The association works to advance sustainable energy development in Ho Chi Minh City and surrounding regions by strengthening collaboration between businesses, research institutions, government agencies, and the wider community.

HCMREA positions itself as a bridge connecting enterprises, policymakers, researchers, and communities to help build a strong and effective renewable energy ecosystem. The association focuses on areas including solar power, wind energy, energy storage, hydropower, biomass, and energy efficiency, while promoting innovation, sustainability, transparency, and cooperation for Vietnam’s long-term energy transition.

In addition to his role at HCMREA, Mr. Tâm is also Chief Executive Officer of LITHACO, a company operating in renewable energy and energy solutions, contributing to the broader development of Vietnam’s clean energy market and sustainable infrastructure sector.
