Pham Viet Tuan is a partner at Indochine Counsel, where he heads the firm’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution and Real Estate & Construction practice groups. With a specialization in real estate, construction, litigation, and alternative dispute resolution, Tuan also provides expertise in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, international commerce, and general corporate advisory. He represents both domestic and international clients in dispute resolution, litigation, and arbitration. He is also a listed arbitrator at the Vietnam Traders Arbitration Centre and member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

Before joining Indochine Counsel, Tuan served as in-house counsel at prominent property developers and construction firms, including Phu My Hung Development Corporation, AZB JSC, and Star-light Co., Ltd. His extensive experience in these roles has honed his skills in navigating complex legal issues in real estate, construction and dispute resolution.
