Ms. Lê Ngân Hà is the CEO of NSN Green Innovation Investment JSC, the investment arm of NSN Construction & Engineering JSC. She is responsible for leading the development and execution of renewable energy and real estate projects across Vietnam. NSN Green Innovation Investment focuses on investments in solar, wind, and biomass power projects, as well as the development of eco-urban areas and green industrial parks.

NSN Construction & Engineering JSC, founded in 2003, has grown into a leading EPC contractor in Vietnam, specializing in industrial and civil construction, high-tech M&E systems, and renewable energy projects. The company has successfully delivered over 350MWp of solar farm projects and 50MWp of rooftop solar systems. With a growing regional presence, NSN operates offices in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Cambodia, and Myanmar.

Ms. Lê Ngân Hà holds a Master’s degree in International Business from La Trobe University and a Bachelor's degree from Foreign Trade University. Her expertise spans investment analysis, financial structuring, and strategic project execution in the energy and infrastructure sectors.
